Clean Eating
What is clean eating? To me, clean eating is a goal.
With family life in this century, almost no one can eat completely clean, that is NO pesticides, NO plastics, all organics, grass fed, sustainably raised, NO artificial ingredients, no antibiotics-that is, real food stored inertly in glass or paper or cloth bags, all of the time. Our environment makes it practically impossible to be “clean” 100% of the time. My goal is to give you dietitian approved tools that will help keep you and your family eating clean most of the time. You’ll be armed with the information to make the best decisions you can, given your time, money and energy. Every person and family is different-there is no one-size fits all pattern for eating, but there are plenty of traps that are easy to fall into unless you have the most up to date knowledge available. So much of this leading-edge information doesn’t get to the general public for 5-10 years! My sources for nutrition and food quality are on the leading-edge of food and nutrition science. I’m so excited to share with you what they tell me!
